Hello, As the title says, my PC running Windows Server 2016 Datacenter (Free through MS Imagine) fails to install cumulative windows updates during the reboot stage. It will begin to install, but will then say "Shutting Down gpsvc" before rebooting and saying "We couldn't install the updates". Because this is Windows Server, there is no media creation tool that I can use to force upgrade the system. I've tried resetting the WU Cache to no avail, also disabled Group Policy to make sure it wasn't that. sfc /scannow and DISM /restore-health /online hasn't helped either. Is there another solution or am I gonna have to fresh install Windows? Thanks Please help I didn't find the right solution from the Internet References: www.tomshardware.com/forum/datacenter-fails-install-updates-reboot.htmlBusiness Promotional Videos
